* Change Reader settings layout
This commit changes the way the Reader settings are displayed. The
fork specific settings for the reader have been moved to the bottom
instead of being sandwiched between settings from the main app.
Makes it look a better organised now
* restore Cts Vertical to before in Reader settings
the current layout of the Reader settings is thus
- Reader/Defaults/Meta
- Display
- Reading
- Paged
- Webtoon
- Continuous vertical
- Navigation
- Fork Settings
